In the spirit of our national sesquicentennial birthday party, the Montgomery Botanical Gardens at Oak Park is decked out in red, white and blue. The Lion statues are dressed in garlands and flags. The fence on Forest Avenue displays a banner honoring USA’s 250th birthday and venues throughout the gardens proudly display flags and other colorful holiday décor.
Come and visit the gardens as part of your celebration of Independence Day. The Board of Directors of the Montgomery Botanical Gardens hope you have a safe and happy holiday weekend honoring our great heritage and the brave people who fought for our freedom. May God continue to bless the United States of America!
